[DC Gallery] 180113 Writing the reasons why I became a fan of Jimin since I am unable to sleep

I became Jimin's fan after Seo TaeJi concert and I get overwhelmed just even thinking about it?? Somehow I got the tickets but I didn't know any songs by Seo TaeJi and it was the same for my friend. We just decided to go anyways to relieve our stress. This became the start. BTS? Most have heard this name before but I can swear I've never heard of them before. I usually don't watch TV or entertainment news. Never in my life have I been interested in any entertainers. Right before the start, people were talking noisily and I heard roughly that idols are coming out. So I thought this was great. I could get to see fresh idols. I started watching the concert.
Unfortunately, I didnt notice Jimin's existence through "You In the Fantasy" and "The Night is Getting Deeper". But then I saw the stage "To You". The shock I got at that moment.. Ha.... Truly, my body frozed when I saw Jimin under the lights~ dressed in white suit, fluttered around gracefully like a butterfly. From that moment on I was frozen stiff. On every stage I was looking for yellow hair and only following Jimin everywhere. That day Jimin had so much of mysterious image to me. During the whole concert I kept thinking, "Who is this kid?". My whole head was filled with this thought. Then there was the final grand stage. I saw Jimin hopping, thumping and smiling brightly and wow.. I was about to go crazy. He kept appearing on and off the screen. Wow... I've gone so crazy I cursed out loud without even realizing.
I thought that it was over that day?? At that time, I didn't know fancams exist. Fangirling itself was first time for me. It took me a month to get used to the terms and the culture. I always have this thoughts that after watching Jimin's fancam, I want to pay at least 1000 won (one dollar). I feel thrilled and guilty watching this kind of art for free. So for now, I am buying albums and voting for Jimin to express my thankfulness to him. Also it's my personality that I am not good at hiding, so I didn't even have dukkmingout (coming out as a fan). From that day on, I started making a fuss that I like him. Because of this, I am able to fangirl very comfortably and boldly. Everyone, aren't you guys happy after becoming his fan?ㅋㅋ
I am not going to make any plans for this weekend again. Gonna watch Jimin ㅋㅋ

- Truly, I think if Jimin stayed with modern dancing or went to ballet, he's talented enough to be following that Korean Ballerino in Russia's Mariinsky. To think if he went to Paris Opera or Bolshoi, we wouldn't have a chance to see him much. I am thankful that he became an idol.

- I watched 20 minutes of Jimmy Kimmell Live and around 8:20, I was shocked by Jimin's voice and searched for him and unintentionally saw Perfect Man and fell for him.

- My friend was a fan of Seo Taeji. She went to the concert and saw Jimin. After watching "To You" performance, she fell for him and searched about him crazily and became his fan right away. She tried to make me fall but that time I didn't even knew of BTS' existence. I listened from one ear and left the other. Unintentionally, I saw Knowing Brothers and Jimin was undeniably noticeable. So I searched him once and now... I am trying to make my family and friends to become his fan crazily.
- I am a fan of ballet. So for dances, I've only watched up to modern dance. Then I saw Jimin.. For the first time in my life, I became a fan of an idol. It's wrong to say Jimin has pretty lines because he majored in modern dance. You can't say a person majored something for learning 2 years only of modern dancing which has ballet as a base. One should start from kindergarden, art middle school, art high school, university of arts then study abroad majoring. There aren't many dancers that could dance like Jimin in ballet or modern dancing. Of course they could be better than Jimin in techinques, but that world is very crucial not only for techniques but also criticizes for not having soul into the dances. So not everyone who danced modern dance could be able to dance like Jimin, even people who majored in (for years). Also, that world is very crucial about physical appearance (the more famous the ballet company is), so even if Jimin has really good proportions, someone next to him has better or taller, he has disadvantage. In other words, someone like me who's fan of ballet or modern dancing notices dancer with good physique but Jimin caught my attention and it's unbelieveable. I didn't even like this style of dances but because of Jimin I started liking it. Also a professional hollywood choreographer and casting director once wrote about Jimin's dancing.. You see, recruiting fairy Jimin can make people with high standards, picky audience and even professionals fangirl/boy for the first time. I can't believe that I, who used to go to Seoul Art Center or Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, now go to Mnet or Gocheok Dome.
- I became a BTS fan through AMA and fell for Jimin after. My hobby was to watch classic ballet or modern dancing through YouTube. I didn't know much at first but if you constanly watch it, you get to know better. But then other fans told me to go to YouTube and I watched this and that and saw Jimin doing modern dancing and I was shocked. I was really surprised. His modern dancing was perfectly beautiful and his fingertips to toe tips dance lines wasn't just roughly copying but it was perfect dancer's gesture. So I was shocked and crazily looked for Jimin's dancing and thought how could a person like this is an idol? But I found out he was accepted as top of his class at Busan high school of Artsㅠㅠ Wow my eyes weren't stupid after all and I hit my knees. Really, Jimin's dancing is amazing. Everyone who knows about dancing will know this and people who had interest in ballet or modern dancing would be hard not to recognize him.
- I didn't have any information about BTS when I first encounter Mic Drop music video and saw unknown person with bucket hat and dope dance line at 3:02. I searched crazily who that person was and it turns out to be Jimin. I had deep impression with his dance I am curious to see him live.
- Under Jimin's videos, I've seen many comments saying Jimin danced modern dancing for a couple of years. I heard that you can't get Jimin's dance line even afer few years of dancing. Also, his blindfold dance at MAMA, many were surprised with his turns. People said you have to be born with or you cant do it. At first I had interest in another member and searched his fancam but Jimin had so much fancams so I wondered why? I watched my first fancam of him which was BST from Gayomudae... and now I am here.. Also, no matter how handsome the idol is, if he's not a good performer and doesnt have the skills, I can't keep watching them. But Jimin has everything to satisfy you. There's no entertainer like himㅠ
- There was so much fuss about AMA so I, myself, wondered too why and searched BTS and saw a person with bucket hat. I've never seen this kind of dance line in idols world before so I was really shocked and asked who he was. At first, they gave me different members name so all day I searched for different face..truthㅋㅋ
- It's funny but I want to add.. truly I had insomnia before.. and people who had it would know during that span of time (we're sleepless), we get tormented by endless thoughts~ past things and distracting thoughts comes up and we become stressed. But then I'll watch Jimin's dance for hours then I'll fall asleep then I'll wake up and watch it again. That lasted around one~two months and insomnia and side effects dissapeared. ㅠㅠ I am so thankful that I've tried learning streaming and doing it (songs are great too). Truly, I don't know how to express my thankfulness so I bought all the songs too. I am also voting now. In the future, I am going to buy albums, stream and vote. I am going to do all. Instead of many medications or treatments, Jimin's dance videos relieved all my pain.ㅎㅎ
